this is the email i sent him, "You do know that it's either an 8 gig or 16 gig phone right? 3G STANDS FOR THE THIRD GENERATION NETWORK THAT IT RUNS ON. You are such an idiot. You could also get a lot more for this phone."
You should have added that he is falsely advertising it as unlocked as there is no software unlock out yet for the iPhone 3G.
lol I know. I first saw that it said "3 Gig" and was all like what the hell? and then he says that it's unlocked! I seriously have nothing else to say.

I sent an email. I wasn't so hard on him as to call him an idiot. I did say that his listing was either an error or fraud.

Yeah, I just reported it; I didn't bother writing to the guy. If that's the effort he puts into listing a $500+ phone, then I don't feel the need to put much effort into educating the guy.

Seems much more likely that an 8 was mistaken for a 3.

Well CL has finally flagged the listing for removal. I was wondering how long it was going to take them.
