3-in-1 chargers that fast charge Apple Watch Series 10?

Are there any 3-in-1 chargers that are capable of fast charging the Apple Watch Series 10? What should I look for?

As far as I understand, all the previous chargers that could fast charge, can already do the "faster" charge with S10. That is, the charger side doesn't need any change, the faster speed is achieved by the S10 having upgraded internal circuitry.

The new 25W MagSafe on the iPhone 16 is another matter, though.
