3 ipads, same account, different movies

How do I set up 3 iPad with different movies I have downloaded from iTunes to my iMac?? All are on the same apple id

I have never bought movies on iTunes before

I purchased 3 movies for my family to watch on an upcoming trip

However, all 3 family members want to watch a different one

There will be no internet access, so I need the movies in advance on each iPad

Each iPad needs to have one of the movies

All are on the same account

Cannot be based on the cloud since we will be on an airplane
I am confused how to make this work

Name the iPads differently. Connect them to iTunes one at a time, under the movie tab, choose selective sync, and check off the movies that you want, then just sync. That's it.
