I have tried rebooting the modem and router (air card and cradle point router) and also the iPhone in question. When we initially got the phones and set everything up, my husband's was actually a dud and had to be returned. This is the new one. He apparently never set it up on our router and has just been using our data plan. Bad plan with 3 of us and 1 is a teenager.

In settings the wifi shows up, but there is no check mark by it, and when you go into it there is no information in there.
