3 Mac (MBP) Transfer

Buying a new '13 rMBP15(a).
Current have a '12 rMBP15(b) - giving that to wife.
Wife has '11/'12MBP15(c) - giving that to employee.

Anyone have best suggestions on transferring data from the following:

data from/to --- '12rMBP15(b) ---> new '13rMBP15(a)

data wipe-from/to
--- '11/'12MBP15(c) ---> (clean install first of OSX then data?) ---> '12rMBP15(b)

data wipe/clean install of OSX ---> '11/'12MBP15(c)


Thoughts? Best practices?
