3 Partition - XP & Vista

I used the utility via OS Disk to create 3 partition. However I am not sure what format I should but my second (XP) and third (Vista)?

From options should I leave it blank or MS-DOS setting when creating the partition?

Use MacFUSE and format them NTFS

When creating the partition should I leave them MS-DOS or BLANK? Or does that even matter? If it was created for MAC OS, will this program covert it for me?

The program allows Disk Utility to format them NTFS. You can reformat a partition any time you want, but it will erase all data on it.
