Hi, so I have the usual Macintosh HD(Renamed SSD) and Recovery HD but I discovered today that I have a third, called Mac Os X Installer, If I try to boot from it I get a Kernel Panic.

If I run disk util list from Lion I see the partitions first mentioned, but there is no trace of this Mac Os X Installer partition

Can you post a code that you are currently seeing? It would help out somehow.
This is what I see after installing Windows 7 under Lion using Boot Camp Assistant:

Code:
/dev/disk0
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: GUID_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk0
   1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
   2: Apple_HFS seong 404.0 GB disk0s2
3: Microsoft Basic Data BOOTCAMP 95.8 GB disk0s3

This way, we can see what's the size of that drive.

Here is the partition table, where are disk0s3 and disk0s4

Code:
/dev/disk0
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: GUID_partition_scheme *120.0 GB disk0
   1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
   2: Apple_HFS Macintosh SSD 119.2 GB disk0s2
   3: Apple_Boot 650.0 MB disk0s5
