Hey Guys,
Someone here might have seen my previous thread where I couldn't get I Am Legend to rip.
Well, I finally did.
The results file is very, very dark.
So now, I'm left with my MP4 file. I've opened it in Quicktime Pro, and adjusted the colour and sound settings to match the original DVD and iTunes version.
Problem is, its now saved as a .mov.
I'm guessing I'm fine to leave it as a .mov - but I have a few issue's with the film itself, once in iTunes, that I'm thinking (guessing) might be related to the file type.
1. Because the film was so dark before, I've used Quicktime Pro to adjust it to iTunes-quality. Is it OK to leave it as a .mov file, encoded with H.264 or should I find some way to give it the .mp4 extension?
2. In iTunes, if I click the 'Chapters' button, I get a list of chapters and times - but no screenshot beside them, like I do with iTunes bought movies or films?
Do I need to find a way to add these myself?
3. MetaX won't tag the Actor, Director, Screenwriter fields, nor will it set a rating. If I open the file in iTunes, these are blank. Open it in MetaX - everything is there.
I've tried adding and removing the file from iTunes, FYI.
I'd really appreciate some help with these issue's.. mainly 2 and 3.
Thanks
