Hi,

I have some problems with my iPod Touch 4th generation. My iPod used to be jailbroken on 4.3.2, I used redsn0w on my Mac, but I decided to un-jailbreak and update to 4.3.3. The problem was, my iPod would not backup because the "backup session failed", so I could not restore. So, stupid me, I put my iPod into DFU mode and restored from there since I knew it would not ask for a backup. It worked fine, but I realized later that there were no backups saved when I went to iTunes>Preferences>Devices. I had backed-up many devices earlier including this iPod. Why were there no backups? I know where to find the backups in Finder, but is there any way to get those backups back into iTunes? Also, iTunes said that it could not load data class info from Sync Services or something. Both problems still persist. Any help is appreciated!:(
