So looking an Lion OSX, multi-touch features are going to be more integrated into the desktop experience. My setup will be a macbook connecting to an ACD for home use with a wireless keyboard and mouse. But I'd like to buy a trackpad for superior multi-touch on my desktop, though I have questions:

1. What is the range of the trackpad—can I use it 10-15 feet away from my computer?

2. Can I have a trackpad and a mouse connected to a computer at the same time and instantly switch between the two seamlessly?

3. How's the battery life stack up compared with the keyboard and magic mouse? About the same?

Thanks guys.

Bluetooth has a range of about 30 feet. Yes, you can use multiple mice and trackpads at the same time. The battery life is about 3-6 months.
