30" 4k Display panel for Apple 30" ACD?

I'm looking to upgrade the panel in my 30" Apple Cinema Display.

Does anyone know of a 30" sized panel that would fit? Preferable 4k+. Most panels these days are 16x9, and not 16:10 like the old silver ACDs.

Thanks! Eventually I'm looking to do the same with my 23" These displays are still simply gorgeous.
