I was like $50 TAX on a $169.99 device? 25% Tax??!?!?!?!

Then I read the fine print...they for some reason charge sales tax on PRE-SALE value of $649.99.....WTF....God damn California...just because you are broke as a state, don't you dare try to even the balance sheet by scamming us...

God you disgust me...time to leave for NY... yuck!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

NY & NJ taxes are high too.
I paid $20 on $299 in SC.

Dude...that's only like 6.66% in sales tax...The cheapest sales tax here is around ~8.5%...

----------

wow... 25% it's like those eastern european countries...

It SEEMS like 25% in sales tax but it is actually around 7.7% in tax..

It comes out to be $50 because they are charging tax on PRE-subsidized price of $649.99 instead of $169.99!

It's like saying we'll give you a discount on the product...but we'll charge TAX from the PRE-discounted price....W T F...:mad::mad::mad:

----------

How did you get a $30 discount ?

Got no clue...honestly..

I got charged $93 in MA sales tax for a 16 and 64gb phone. Planning on canceling and driving to NH on the 14th.
