I'm trying to upgrade through the AT&T premier site...it's working, but slowly. However, I can't seem to find the $30 unlimited family text plan (that I have now). I guess I can always change it later. Anyone having the same issue?

Not seeing it either. Are you able to upgrade both phones at the same time? Can't seem to figure out how to do that.
