When you go to make a new thread, the option to add a poll should be at the bottom... like so:

At the bottom there is a checkbox that says: Create a Poll, or something similar. An it asks you for how many options do you want the poll to have.

How can you put the image so fast? The only way I've been able to post a picture is trough uploading it to a web page (I don't remember the name). But I have never been able to put it as an attachment.

If the image is reasonably small (241Kb or less) you can attach it via the Manage Attachments button in the Additional Options below the Submit Reply button

The only way I've been able to post a picture is trough uploading it to a web page (I don't remember the name). But I have never been able to put it as an attachment.

If the image is under a certain size limit (the "Manage Attachments" window lists the max. file size that MR will allow), then you should be able to upload it directly to MR's servers.
