I am Char777 on HowardForums and CellPhoneForums, but I hardly ever use them anymore. I also joined a PC forum because I thought I'd have a lot of PC questions, but I don't use it anymore, either.

What online communities are you a part of?

I'm not signed up to any other forums, but I like to look at some others when I'm thinking about buying an item - e.g. I browsed avforums.com a lot when I was looking to buy a new TV.

i have from time to time joined various forums out of need,
like java programming forums or AI forums, but the only other
one i frequent besides this one is www.pbzone.net , a paintball
forum for us greeks :)
another neubauten fan?
wow, a rare occurence!
thumbs up to you mate :)

I read fredmiranda.com daily. Don't post there very often. But looking
at other people's photos is inspirational.

I tend to concentrate on a single online community as a time, mostly because I'm pretty time-limited and partly because I'm pretty one-track-minded. My persistent residency on Macrumors is largely due to my being in the market for new Apple Mac's and other hardware for over a year now, though I admit I have finally started to recognise some faces around this vast forum and even identified a few that I quite like - though I doubt all of them know I appreciate their banter.

This is my main one.

I tried to get into the Liverpool FC forum but they close the forum over UK night and the time difference between NZ and UK doesn't help. Not sure how open there forum is these days.

Joined NZMac.com but don't visit much.

Sports Interactive forums but only post when new Football Manager game comes out.

Thats all I can recall off my head.

i am hunter336 at DeviantArt. I used to be part of Neowin, but i got sick of the constant bickering between PC and Mac fanboys. The PC fanboys there are ignorant, and a lot of the Mac fanboys are an embarasment to the community.

MR is definately the best community I've seen :)

I have no idea... still working on finding the point with Facebook in the first place... :D

truth be told, i love using it as a way of keeping in touch with all my friends that, in some cases, i haven't seen in years because we're all so far away from each other. it's just a lot more convenient to see what everyone's doing and such.

plus photos are great :D
