Ok, in the absence of any real info on this from the OP, and having some time to waste, Googling ????n returns as series of %F. So what if this was a hexideci, Now Google FFFFFFFFFFFF
Enjoy

Ok honestly I did not look at the thread after I posted it so I did not see the ?'s.

Unfortunately I cannot find the page anymore. All I can say is that it looked like runes with curves etc...

Very weird.

Looks like the language of the average PC user. "What the hell is wrong with this thing?" "Why won't it work?" "What the hell does that mean?" Etc.

Maybe Thai? (Sample below...I have no idea what it actually says)

Thats thai i lived there for a wile, i cant be bothered translating it for you but it is thai and you can learn a little about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_language . Careful though cos a lot of words mean diffrent things if you use the wrong tone mark. Like A A A are three driffrent names 2 of witch are boys names and one is a girls name, if you pronounce them with the wrong tone you could get a slap.

Are you running Mac OS X or Windows XP?

On Windows XP, without the language packs installed, any japanese characters will show up as ?'s. Same with Chinese, and Korean characters.

"??????????? ??????????? ???????? ???????????????
?????? ?????????????? ????? ????????????????????"

It's Questionmarkies. Used by the ancient Questionmarkions from the land of Questionmarkia. You probable don't know it, but their God is a emotcon right here on MR.

When first I saw the thread title I thought someone was just trying to make up for a years worth of bad punctuation of leaving question marks out.
