Hi,
I have a 30g iPod Video (5th gen.) an it's not responding when I connect it to my iMac!? I even doesn't show up in iTunes or in the Finder!
As you can see restoring it, isn't an option.
The iPod has not been used much and I don't understand why it should be broken already.
My first idea was that the hard disc is broken, but the iPod works quite well, except when you plug it in!
The USB cable is alright too!
Furthermore, I've tried to hook it up to other machines (MacBook C2D & PowerMac G5), but no result either...
Can somebody help please, or should I send it to Apple?
