iWork '07 Demo'd by Steve at WWDC '07?

Was watching the keynote and if you go to 01:03:22 you can see what looks like a new version of Keynote (the interface has defiantly been updated to the new unified look), plus we have been seeing a lot of new transition at the Apple keynotes which we don't have in '06 - possibly all powered by Core Animation now?

The core animation video of the all the videos and then he typed water and all the ones with that keyword jumped out. That is the new imovie/iphoto etc.... Clearly they are not going to waste all this flashy core animation stuff.
