32-inch external display for iMac

Hi gang!

I'm about to order a 32-inch external monitor for my iMac. My iMac is 27-inch purchased in Nov 2022 with 8GB of GPU memory. I just want to make sure there won't be a discrepancy between the resolution of the monitor and the resolution sent out of the graphic card.

I'm not sure if any of these is a good external display for my iMac:

Those are amazing displays but are way over my budget

I ordered the successor to the #2 and have no regrets about it. It has a ton of ports and charges both my Windows and Mac laptop, the only issue was I felt that it should have an internal speaker for the money but if you have the iMac, you should be good on that front.

Does text look crisp on the 32" monitor? I do most of my work with text and need something very sharp. I would like to move to 32" though to have enough room for pages side by side.

I'n running a LG Ultrafine 32UN880-B Ergo Display with my 27" 2017 iMac 5K and it looks amazing. So good that I got a second one delivered today to run both with my Mac Studio. Selling my iMac and moving to Mac Studio with dual 32" displays.

It does not look as good as on my MacBook Pro screen but still looks great.
