I hear 64bit recognized all my RAM, where 32bit only recognizes 2gb.

what else?
i hear 64bit is directX10, but i can install directX10 myself couldn't I?

any other differences? my issues is my bluetooth keyboard won't work with 64bit.. so either i go to my 32bit (which worked), or i get a new keyboard
any suggestions?

oh and if i install 32bit, and later want to upgrade to 64bit, is it a re-install? or just an upgrade?

how about viceversa. i hgot 64bit installed, i want to change to 32bit. is it repartition/reinstall, or just a downgrade some how?

64Bit is a LOT faster, but there are millions of incompatibilities, e.g. printers etc.

if you want to change from one to another, it's a re-install...

DX10 comes with both 32 and 64 bit versions, so that's the same.

64 bit is faster in theory, but really, unless you're really pushing the envelope with multitasking, you won't notice.

the lack of drivers for 64bit is a real issue, though.

lots of 32bit drivers DO work with vista64, but they aren't actually supported. it's a shot in the dark for any particular driver.

To reinstall. do i need to reformat/partition with bootcamp?

meaning i need to reinstall all my software again?
data backup etc?

or just reinstall the operating system?
