I have a lot of lossless songs, and I would like to find a way to convert them to 320 Kbps files. They are simply not fitting on my iPhone. Does anyone have a way to do this that doesn't involve losing my metadata or album artwork? Thank you. It would also be nice if it didn't take forever to do it.

in iTunes you can turn them into AAC files under the "advanced" menu option

In iTunes, go to Preferences. Under the General tab, click Import Settings. Choose 320kbps. OK

Choose the songs in your library to convert (cmd+A to select all). Go to the Advanced menu and select Create MP3 version. Or AAC.

When your phone is connected to iTunes you can select the option to convert higher bitrate music into 128kbps AAC files just for your phone. Your original files are left alone and the conversion happens when you sync. If you must have them at 320kbps, you'll have to do as described above and you'll basically have to keep two separate libraries - one lossless, one 320kbps.

However, either method will take forever.

Thank you. This is perfect.
