.flv video converter

I have a couple of .flv video files and I was wondering how I can convert those to .mpg or any other movie file. Anybody know any free programs?

I second VisualHub... the paid upgrade is worth every penny!

Avidemux works fine. It allows to demux/remux files in an other container = you keep the original file quality and it takes less than a minute.
