I don't know, we have less than 7 hours to go for the event.
But because you asked I will say yes it will, but what do I or any of us none Apple employees know. But you asked.
basicly what he's saying is that there has been no trustworthy rumors about this. we cant tell. its 50/50. im more leaning towards 128gb being a extra option for 100usd/eur more because thats what they also did with the ipad 4th generation.
That's true plenty of leaks on home buttons and colours and 5C but none on size or camera. We know it will be duel LED but maybe 8mp or 12mp?
I do think if they drop 16GB it might come back again as it did with Iphone 4 and the latest Ipod touch minus the camera.
But its a question that will be answered in just a few hours, why speculate or get false information at this point.

10 seconds after the iPhone 5S announcement I anticipate the "not worth the wait" "guess I'm going android" "what do you want to see in the iPhone 6" post all over this forum.

32GB will only be standard if Apple bumps the price to match the current 32GB iPhone. I suspect we'll continue to see 16GB as the starting model with 128GB added as a more expensive/profitable option to increase margins.
Apple is already facing pressure on margins so I can't see them eliminating one of the more profitable aspects of the iPhone business model - up-selling additional storage. (32GB would suit too many people)

Profit margin is the reason Apple won't do it.
Maybe the 5C will start at 8GB and the 5S 16GB.
