I just rebooted my Unibody MacBook and I noticed that the battery says its gonna take 33 minutes to charge from 95%. Is this normal? I've also had problems with the magsafe not showing a light while it is charging, I called AppleCare and they just had me reset my SMC. Is it being caused by the MagSafe? Notebook? Battery? or is this normal? (BTW, the only thing running is Firefox with one tab, and skype w/ no chats going)

It's definitely a slow charging battery. Others have reported this. I'm at 86% now, plugged in, and it says 1:32 to 100%. If you average that to 30min per 5%, we're about even.

Most notebooks slow charge after they reach the 80%-85% level. It prevents the battery pack from overheating.

Yeah its supposed to be like that. Just like the iPhone. The charge slows down to a "trickle charge" when its almost fully charged. Doesn't mean it takes 30 minutes to charge 5% all the time though.

That is normal, mine has been like that every time I've charged it for the last 2 weeks.
