massive dmg file in mirror folder

Last week I lost 5 gb of space on my hard drive. I did not load anything new so I was a bit surprised (especially as I now only have 2gb left. I reviewed my hard drive using disc inventory and identified that I have a 5gb dmg file in username/logs/mirror folder. Does anyone know what this is and why it is there?

the size of my .mac account increased last week. Could that be connected to it?

Whats inside the .dmg, will probably give clues as to where it came from.

Sorted it. With the increase in .mac storage if you have off line access to your iDisk a mirror file of your iDisk is saved on your machine. If I saw sense and splashed out on a new mac instead of keeping my powerbook with only 6gb of space left I probably wouldn't notice it.
