Awesome, THANK YOU. Just checked and mine says 9C738-- WOOOT. Sitting here worrying about a screen issue for a week now (and regretting getting engraving for how it might complicate a return) and the odds are now pretty good I'll recieve a solid unit. At this point I'm glad that my preorder got here a week after the stores got them 😀

I just looked at my invoice online for my touch that is supposed to arrive tomorrow and it is a week 37. 🙁🙁🙁 Man I was all hyped up because I figured I would be getting a good one and then that. Maybe they sent me an old one because I got $50 off? 🙁🙁

I pro ordered the Touch as soon as the store came back online but it has been shipped with everybody elses that got a week 38. 🙁

it's correct on my invoice (it says week 38, it is a week 38 unit)

I ordered a 16gb no engraving about 11 pm on Sep. 5th and i got a 1A737... on my invoice.
it'll be here tomorrow...so I'll let you all know if the screen sucks as bad as i'm afraid it might.
SDFD504 i didn't even get $50 off. not enough complaining over the phone i suppose.
