360: Change USB keyboard layout?

Today I noticed that my 360 appears to think that I have a UK keyboard; when I press " it types @ and vice-versa; Shift-3 types £, etc.

I can't find anywhere in the settings to change this. I'm using a US keyboard but I can't find any keyboard layout options at all. Does anyone know how to set this?
