360 Driver for Mac

Can anyone confirm that the os x driver for a wireless 360 controller seen here works with 10.8.3? I see some saying it does, and some saying it doesn't.

If it doesn't, does a wired controller need a driver if the game has support for it?

Microsoft made some usb dongle that supported wireless 360 controllers (for Windows), supposedly that will work with a Mac, but don't quote me on that. Check Amazon for that dongle.
