I ordered 2 3870's on friday and on the tracker on the website says it hasnt been shipped yet,has anyone got there 3870 yet and how long did it take for yours to get to you?
 
got mine today

I ordered mine on July 3, 2 pm est. Spoke to customer service yesterday because it did not show up on their tracking site... she told me that was often behind the times.. that they had several in stock so it should go out monday (july 8) to arrive tuesday (today, July 9)

and I called home. and its waiting there for me.
 
I ordered mine on Thursday July 3rd.

I too did not get any tracking information.

I called today and they said that my card did not ship because they were out of stock. (although the website said they were in stock when I ordered it and all weekend)

As of today the ATI store says that the card is out of stock.

I ordered it thursday 2pm est after the cutoff time for same day shipment.
I ordered it expedited.
Friday was a holiday
They don't ship on the weekend
On monday I get anxious because my online tracking had not been updated. So I called customer service (not the order line) and got told the tracking often does not get updated fast enough, that it was showing in stock, and probably would ship monday but she had NO WAY OF CONFIRMING.
It came Tuesday.
My online tracking still does not even show it has shipped! LOL

moral of the story:
1) you want it fast, order it expedited.
2) Don't believe the tracking is updated regularly
3) Don't believe customer service knows more than you

I hope your right about #3
 
I hope I can get it by friday! (do you guys think I will?) When I get it i'm going to play crysis in crossfire.:)
