Should I get this Jersey that's ugly and expensive???

Hello people 🙂

Yesterday many witnessed the usual thing - Germany winning everything as usual (Germany vs Cyprus 4-0), but they have got a new jersey for the Euro 2008 matches.

Oops it looks kinda old school to me... and when I say 'ugly' I meant slightly ugly lol

and for one of them, it's 70Eur (102usd)... even the children size are 50eur (73usd). I could potentially buy... er... an ipod shuffle?

anyway what do you guys think?

BTW i also meant that Liverpools shirt is not ugly
 
When I first saw those shirts I thought they were just their training shirts, they are so yucky! I have an old Fifa world cup one, that one was nice!

I was going to buy the old (2006) one, but like buying a mac, I checked on many sites beforehand, so I didn't buy any...
It will probably be really cheap now since many sites will be clearing their stock.
But I don't want to buy an old one.

it's not that ugly...but i agree the older one from 06 is better. i bought one for the world cup, haven't worn it since. i wonder what the rest of the gear is going to look like because I want a new adidas track jacket. and i'd probably buy that and wear it more often than a jersey.

70€ is a lot, so I'd buy it only if I were to regularly wear it instead of just letting it sit in the closet...

It looks kind of retro, not as good as their '06 jersey. But I kinda like it.

The worst this year has to be Chelsea's Day-Glo yellow jersey - gag.

And by the way, who here is actually a German football fan??? and Jasonbot, is this your favourite team, or actually, did you watch the match on Saturday night? I've heard of something called the Kaizer Chiefs when I went to South Africa few months ago, but I didn't see local football on TV. Oh well.

Those guys need big glasses and PC laptops/PDA's, then tehy'll look dorky & nerdy.

So, I just got the shirt because My parents went to Germany at the time of the world cup (but didnt actually watch any games :O)

Kaizer Chiefs is just a noob soccer (not football, in RSA its called that coz its so much more rural) team. Their biggest rivals are the Orlando Pirates and the Mamelodi Sundowns. I don't watch local soccer much anyways..

😛 I like Philpp Lahm (the little one). didn't look like a dork when it played with his arm in a cast and all bloody...

haven't seen germany yet this year, but i liked klinsi better than löw
