external hard drive problem with MBP

i have been using an external HD for a while now, i was using it today and it was working fine, then out of the middle of nowhere, i get this message: "disk insertion" the disk you inserted was not readable by theis computer....

i run disk utility and get this message:

can someone please give me some advice, i have a ton of important stuff on this HD!

Someone please help this man(and me). The exact same thing happened to me, I'm freakin out. Anyone else found a solution to this?
