They have an "unsatisfactory record" with the BBB based on one unresolved customer complaint,

BetaMacs.com is a dead end. You should do Apple.com or any retailer that has Mac, such as MicroCenter, certain Best Buy stores, and many reputable internet merchants, such as macsales.com lacomputercompany.com smalldog.com megamacs.com and many more.
