What are the chances of an imac penryn refresh at MWSF?

Now that the penryns have been slated for release right before MWSF I'm wondering when you guys think the imacs will get them. I was pretty skeptical myself but now with all the rumor sites mentioning imac refreshes it's time to cast your vote!

I simply can't say 0%, but 30% is a bit high...I think 10% is closer to the truth. Look- the penyrns are going to need a new motherboard to get the most of of them...it won't be ready until mid 2008...apple just completed a shift across the consumer line to santa rosa...apple also does not mind being behind the curve and tends to ignore incremental upgrades. I just doubt they intend to have Santa Rosa be a 7 mo cycle. They want to get more life out of it than that.

My thought is that they 'just' released the SR chipset for the iMac. They are going to want to get as much mileage out of that upgrade. Plus, they have gone out of their way to separate the iMac line and the MacPro line. That line would begin to fuzz if both the Mac Pro and iMac line got the Penryns at the same time.

Done expect an iMac update...impossible, no, but I say way under 10%. The Mac Pros should see an update, as well as this rumored ultra portable. I don't think we will see the 3g iPhone until late next year. I do think we will see new features for the iPhone/touch though.

Macworld will bring about the Apple Tv update if all goes well. As well as HD downloads.
