3A283 Audio/Video out of sync

My Airpods Pro updated to 3A283 and now when I go to Youtube and watch any video the audio and video is out of whack so you see people's lips move then the audio comes in half a second later. This is on a MBP 16". Has anyone seen this, can anything be done?
