I recently got a 6S and I love 3D touch. However, two things are a bit puzzling to me, so I'd like to hear about other people's experiences.
1. The 3D touch sensitivity setting seems to do nothing. If I try hard enough I can feel the difference. But, basically, it takes the same amount of force to activate things. I like to press fairly lightly, so I set it to light. What confuses me is that the Firm sensitivity also requires the same light touch. I had the same "issue" with my Magic Trackpad 2 - I can detect the difference a bit easier there, but it still feels practically the same. Is it just me?
2. Multitasking with 3D touch. I love this feature and I almost learned how to press but I still get it wrong from time to time and it won't work. From what I gathered, if the phone registers a touch gesture (like, if something can be swiped near the border) it won't activate the multitasking press. The trick is to press the edge between the screen and bezel and somehow slide the thumb towards the screen. I can do it most of the time, even with little pressure, but often times I feel like I need to press really hard (especially with the Apple case on the phone). Is it really that hard? (And just in case, I checked on several phones in the store, the "difficulty" is the same)
