3D Touch goes crazy while charging !!

Hey,

I had to use my phone while charging last night (6s 9.0.2 ) and 3D Touch just goes nuts !

For example the links seem to go totally random ; so I light touch the Phone icon and I get messages app open , or the mini short cuts don't stay open so I can't pick one, or the phone starts to dial a number on the mini links without me selecting.

Same crazy things happen when I try other 3D enabled apps . 3D Touch becomes totally unusable .
Mainly because the mini links close as soon as you release the light press, or a totally different app decides to open !
Very strange ; as soon as I take it off charge all works fine .

Not a huge drama but just wondered if anyone else's phone does this while on charge ?

Using a non-Apple cable/charger can cause that. It happened to me a lot on the iPhone 5/5s. I've seen it happen to other people as well.

I am , in fact, using a non-Apple charger !

Much obliged for your help ; just happy to have found what was causing it !

I'm assuming that is the source of the problem but will do a test later with an original charger.

There have been many who have reported strange things like this using a non Apple charger.
