3D Touch: How to rearrange icons or uninstall apps?

Now that traditional long press is gone with the introduction of 3D Touch, how do you rearrange icons on the home page or uninstall apps? I don't think the icons start wiggling when you long press anymore, right?

3D touch has absolutely nothing to do with long pressing, it's about force AKA how hard you press down on the screen. I assume you rearrange and delete apps the same way you always did, just with a more consistent amount of pressure required.

If you tap without applying extra pressure, like you always have been doing, you will get the same wiggling icon effect.
