3D Touch lag and charging port not aligned correctly

my iPhone 6s Plus when i tilt to the side 3D Touch lags issues comes and goes

Other issue is the charging port has two gaps in the inside metal port connector of the iPhone 6s Plus in the inside right before the two prongs I see two gaps on the sides is the charging port put in wrong
