I can’t really feel the differencce between Light, Medium and Fine settings for 3D touch on my iPhobe X (11.2). Is it the same for others as well?

Are you using a case? That can make a difference with feeling the haptic feedback sensation. Otherwise, I notice the difference between my settings.

No case, no screen protector here.
P.S. Normal operational function of the 3D touch seems to be fine, just the settings.

Same here. No case or protector. I actually find the 3D Touch a bit too sensitive some times in safari but failed miserably as the setting doesn’t seem to have made any difference.
