3D Touch stopped working?

At first my new 6s worked perfectly with 3D Touch but after the phone asked to update to iOS 9.1 I can't do it anymore! On maps before you got the small bubble with direction etc possibilities but now when I press and hold it wants to go to delete. The only app working the 3D Touch seems to be photos.

Actually works using thumb but not with finger!

I'm finding 3D Touch to be hit and miss with peek and pop. Peek is fine, but pop doesn't always work no matter how hard I press.

I went into settings and changed the 3D Touch Sensitivity to Light. A lot easier to press now! Maybe try that?

I'm finding 3D Touch to be hit and miss with peek and pop. Peek is fine, but pop doesn't always work no matter how hard I press.

The trick I've found is not to press harder to get POP but to relax your finger ever so slightly and press again.
