3D visualizaton in VMWare...

Okay, My dad put
VMWare Fusion on my mac! I want to enable 3D Acceleration in VMWare, so, I go to virtual Machine>Settings>Display, and the ceck box that says "Enable 3D Acceleration" is greyed out, so I can't select it! How would I go about enabling 3D Acceleration?

First you must install the VMWare tools onto the guest OS. Select "Install VMWare Tools..." from the "Virtual Machine" menu, and follow the onscreen instructions.

And you'll need to shutdown the windows installation before you can check the box.
