I have a Macbook Pro and I’ve been running Windows 7 64 bit and 3ds max 2010 64 bit on it for a few months now. Its the 2.53ghz unibody with 4GB of ram and 250GB HD.
Recently, Max 2010 has been crashing randomly on any file i open and any new scene i start. It says an error has occured and the application will now close. It also says that it has unexpectedly quit I have the latest bootcamp update that was released recently. I am a bit confused as to why its doing this, i reinstalled Windows 7 and it still does it.
I also have a 2.4 quad core Q6600 PC with 4GB of a ram and 2 x sapphire readeon 4870 512mb that runs windows7 64 bit and max runs perfectly on it.
Anyone got any ideas what the problem is?
Thanks
