3G 2.0: How to send mail attachments to PC/Mac?

Hallo,

I have a iPhone 3g a mac and a pc. I want to be able to save the attachments I recieve from my iphone to my mac/pc so that i can edit them. Then I would like to re upload the modified files from my mac/pc to my iphone so that I could mail them. Is this Possible?

can you not use a web mail or other app, such as apple mail, to read email, download them onto the mac, edit them, and then email them?

I have net access in my iphone (roaming abroad) but I wont have net access from my mac.

Therefore I need to get my attachments from my iPhone to my mac, edit them and then re-email them from my iphone.
