3G, 3.0, and beyond..

Two simple questions.

1. I am running 3G 3.0 - 4.26.08 - Tmobile - Can I upgrade to the latest firmware/baseband and still keep it unlocked?

2. I want to order the Iphone4 - will I be able to use it on Tmobile? (how do i get it without a contract?)

Two simple questions.

1. I am running 3G 3.0 - 4.26.08 - Tmobile - Can I upgrade to the latest firmware/baseband and still keep it unlocked? I believe not.

2. I want to order the Iphone4 - will I be able to use it on Tmobile? (how do i get it without a contract?) You will have to buy it second hand or at an Apple store for $599. There will have to be a jailbreak and unlock out for it.
