are any of you having difficulty using the web on the iphone from o2

mine keeps saying cant connect to cellular data network :S

There are apparently outages in the London area and have been all day.

I'm in the East Midlands and couldn't access the web even though I had a full HSDPA signal earlier.

im in scotland and i can use my maps app fine but just the web isnt working atol
