3G A/V cable for in-dash DVD?

Trying to find a iPhone 3G A/V cable to interface with my Panasonic in-dash DVD.

Please if you can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Looking for it to do:
Audio
Video
Charging
and no incompatible message.

I use this cable in my car as well and it works perfectly. For power, I use the Griffin PowerJolt instead of the USB brick that comes with the cable from Apple.
