I just baught a ipod touch about a week ago so I assume its 3G and it was version 3.1.3 (8gigs) but I downgraded its firmware to 3.1.2. I then tried to run blackra1n I get up to the part where I get the logo of blackra1n then it says blackra1n has stopped working please check online for a solution. Then I have to restore my ipod back to 3.1.2 everytime it doesn't work... (I have windows vista if that has to do with anything.). Is there any way to make it so blackra1n doesn't stop working?

You have to put blackra1in into the "c:/program files/common files/apple/apple application support/" file, then just shortcut it. Apple changed the way it handles stuff in the last itunes update.

Btw, that paths off of memory. Might be a little different
