I know 3G problems have been discussed to death, but I have a more specific question that I have been unable to find a good answer to.

I was a happy iPhone owner; I had none of the problems that seem to be so common. Then, a few hours ago, my data-over-3G died. While I can send and receive calls and text messages, websites will load extremely slowly (much slower than EDGE on a bad day) if at all. I checked with a couple of my friends, and their iPhones are working just fine. I've tried a simple restart up to a full restore, but nothing seems to fix the issue. I was under the impression that 3G issues didn't appear so suddenly and drastically.

Have I just joined the ranks of disappointed iPhone owners? :(
