For some reason I am being charged for using the internet on my 3G iPhone, I would like to know am I missing something or is there actually something wrong.
I'm in the UK and bought an 8GB pay as you go phone yesterday and according to O2 and the woman in the shop I get 12 months unlimited data for free! I changed the APN settings like it says on the O2 site and have waited 24 hours but it still charges me. I emailed O2 with no reply yet.
The main reason I got the phone is for this 12 months unlimited data.
Please help me even just to say stop being an idiot this iis what you need to do...
