Here's a question, primarily for border cities.

Would this mean that 3G is available in parts of Nuevo Laredo? In other words, could those people living in Mexico that have ATT iPhones piggyback 3G off of ATT while in Mexico (assuming they are close to a 3G tower in the US)?

I would imagine that the areas along the river may have a bit, but I doubt it would continue into the interior.

Well there are parts of the city where coverage is weak. Now in Nuevo Laredo, standard AT&T service is very limited. I believe this to be the same (if not worse) with 3G.
